FUME SCANS - The Umamusume: Pretty Derby 7th Event: The Stage concert in Los Angeles at the Peacock Theater may not take place, as Cygames has announced on its official website that the U.S. entry visas for the performers have not yet been approved.

The event was scheduled to be held in California from October 22–23, 2026. Consequently, the company will announce at 10:00 PM PT on October 19, 2026 (1:00 PM ET on October 20, 2026) whether the event can proceed as planned.

The Umamusume: Pretty Derby 7th Event: The Stage concert in Los Angeles was first announced in late July 2026. The event was slated for the Peacock Theater, with both Cygames and the organizers confirming the plans.

In their statement, Cygames noted that they had been working to secure the visas "for over six months, but to date, they have not been approved." They also offered an apology regarding the situation.

This is not the only gaming-related event to be affected by sudden issues with U.S. visas. Kuro Games encountered a similar situation with Wuthering Waves; the company announced on social media that Tarokiki would be unable to attend or perform due to "unexpected complications" regarding their visa application.

While the concert proceeded as scheduled on October 17, 2026, Tarokiki could not appear, and refunds were made available to those who requested them.

Because the Umamusume event features the voice actors and singers from the game, it is not possible for Cygames to simply find replacements—unlike the approach taken by Kuro Games in the case of Tarokiki.
